CROWTHER TURNBULL BOOTH are enjoying further success with a string of recent instructions. Chris Booth is working closely with a local property company on 58/63 Boar Lane in Leeds City Centre. The project involves the development of the prestigous site which adjoins the new Trinity Development into retail accommodation. Chris is also working closely with a local Development and Property Investment company on various sites throughout the UK. Lendal cellars in York is one of the sites currently under construction through a pre-let agreement with Jamie’s Italian.

Meanwhile Andrew is working closely with BorgWarner Turbo Systems undertaking a £1.4m refurbishment of their newly acquired 80,000 ft² site in Bradford. Andrew is also appointed as Project Monitor for the refurbishment of 2 & 3 Victoria Place, Leeds on behalf of the Medical Protection Society. The refurbishment is the largest office refurbishment in Leeds City Centre for some time.

Other recent instructions of interest include the completion of the pre acquisition survey of 50,000 sq ft of prime retail accommodation on behalf of one of the key national property funds within Northampton city centre. The unit is currently let to BHS and Birthdays.

This along with a host of other instructions from our retained clients has ensured 2012 has got off to a bright start and projections forecast the business will have increased its turnover by a further 24% from last year and a total in excess of 300% since 2008.

Simon, who graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc Honours degree in Building Surveying, before working for DTZ joined the team in September.
